We stay deliberately small. The partner who meets you is the partner who builds the thing, because the second this work gets handed down to a junior team, it stops being what you actually hired us for.

  • Two seniors per engagement. One partner, one engineer.
  • Six to twelve weeks. Never a multi-year retainer.
  • You own the code. Plain-language runbook on day one of week six.
